The National Gallery is seeking an experienced human resource (HR) professional to join our small HR team to support the delivery of the National Gallery's learning and development function. The role will be an integral part of the HR team and will be provided with the opportunity to contribute their expertise to practices, policies and processes that will positively shape the future of the National Gallery. The key duties of the position include In accordance with the APS 6 work level standards, you will: Manage learning and development functions as well as programs/software. Design, develop and implement a range of organisational development strategies such as a capability framework, leadership programs, mandatory training, studies assistance, induction and respond to ad hoc training requests. Contribute to building the National Gallery's Employee Value Proposition. Oversee the coordination of employee engagement surveys and action plans e.g. APS Employee Census. Manage the implementation of days of significance and support the rewards and recognition program.
