The Assistant Director Quality Assurance Office (QAO) Insider Threat Capability position requires you to manage a small team of specialists that develop and maintain contemporary insider threat policy advice. The team is responsible for providing insider threat policy expertise and managing stakeholder engagement across the National Intelligence Community and broader Australian government. A key component of the role is the development, delivery and coordination of insider threat program training packages. You will be part of a team of specialists, developing their skills and expertise to help deliver this whole-of-government capability. Who are we looking for? The key duties of the position include Develop, implement and maintain best practice guidelines for insider threat management Review and propose updates to security clearance policy Collaborate with key stakeholders and other government agencies to assist with insider threat capability uplift Engage with domestic and international partners on insider threat best practice Contribute to the development and delivery of training programs and engagement activities.
