Description Lead mechanical engineering discipline across multiple projects Develop equipment datasheets, specifications, and calculations Oversee plant layout and design for base metals processing plants Review engineering deliverables for quality and compliance Coordinate with designers, drafters, and other disciplines Monitor project progress, schedules, and deliverables Prepare cost estimates and contribute to study phases Provide support during construction and commissioning phases Profile A successful Project Engineering Manager should have: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering 8 years mineral process plant design experience Strong background in base metals and hydrometallurgy Proven leadership in mechanical engineering roles Skilled in bulk solids handling & conveyor design Excellent communication and organisational abilities Strong inter-discipline coordination skills Site construction & commissioning experience desirable Job Offer Permanent role based in West Perth with opportunities for career growth.
