Your Role As a Bartender: Craft signature drinks and recommend pairings that enhance the Third Wave BBQ dining experience. Maintain an organized, fully stocked bar and uphold impeccable presentation. Monitor responsible alcohol consumption while creating a lively, welcoming atmosphere. As a Waitress: Greet guests warmly, guide them through the menu, and provide knowledgeable recommendations. Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring every plate and glass is flawless. Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues with professionalism. Shared Responsibilities: Process orders and payments accurately using our POS system. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and bar areas. Collaborate with teammates to ensure seamless service during busy shifts. What You Bring to the Table Passion for Hospitality : You love creating moments that leave a lasting impression. Adaptability : You thrive under pressure and excel in fast-paced environments. Skills & Certifications : RSA certification is required; at least 1 year of bartending and waiting experience; barista skills are a plus but not a requirement.
