About the role:As a Residential Leader, you will demonstrate a values led & ethics approach where a duty of care and a duty to care exists. This includes prioritising equity and inclusion in all spaces.You will contribute towards building a high-performing, multidisciplinary team to deliver client-focussed residential Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) Services. Your leadership will ensure that service delivery is culturally inclusive in achieving health outcomes through a culturally safe and responsive action, organisational standards, achieves key performance targets, and complies with funding body requirementsThis is a Permanent Full-Time position. How You Will Make an Impact:Oversee the assessment, intake, and admission process for participants entering residential or community-based treatment.Ensure a coordinated and integrated approach to pre- and post-treatment care in collaboration with Residential and Community-based Case Workers.Work closely with the Team Leader of Assessments to support a smooth and efficient admission pathway for participants.Manage residential AOD program activities, while fostering partnerships and building strong, collaborative relationships with external agencies.Mentor and support staff through ongoing development, coaching, and performance feedback, using quality assurance checks to identify opportunities for learning and reflection.Enabling access, choice, quality and voice so that unjust, unfair and inequitable behaviour are minimised. These may target disparities, promote social inclusion and expected benefits of citizenship so that people can access holistic supports that focus on what matters to them. What You Will Bring:Relevant tertiary qualifications in Community Services, Social Work, or a related discipline.A culturally responsive approach to supporting clients from diverse backgrounds.A minimum of 2 years’ experience in case management, group facilitation, and service delivery within AOD or complex needs settings.Proven capabilities collaborating with external organisations to design and tailor services to meet client needs.Demonstrated experience of supervisory or team leadership experience.A current and valid driver’s licence.
