We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Certificate III and Diploma Educators to join our team at Patterson Lakes Kindergarten . Patterson Lakes Kindergarten has been rated as Exceeding National Quality Standard. We are seeking two educators to join our kindergarten: Position 1 - Diploma Break Cover educator role working 8 hours a week on a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday Position 2 - Certificate III educator role, in a job share position working 9.25 hours a week on a Tuesday, between 8am - 5.15pm. About you You're reflective, curious and purpose-led, with a deep commitment to making a difference. You're open to learning and understanding the unique needs of every child. You're a critical thinker and collaborative team member. You have a drive to grow and improve continually. You value kindness and respect. You have great knowledge of the child safe standards and early childhood regulations. You hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent, a WWCC and a first aid certificate. About the role You'll create a safe and supportive environment where children can learn and grow. You'll develop and implement engaging learning experiences based on the ECMS pedagogical framework. You'll build strong relationships with children, families, the community and colleagues. You'll actively participate in a culture of reflection and continuous improvement. Why ECMS?
