Contract Administrator – Commercial Fit-Outs (3-Month Contract, Potential to Extend) ������ Location: South Sydney ������ Contract Length: 3 months, with view to extend ������️ Projects: Commercial Fit-Outs ($2M–$10M) ������ Work Environment: Office & Site-based The Role We’re seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join us on a 3-month contract (with the potential to extend). You'll play a key role in the letting and management of subcontractor packages , and support the delivery of projects both from the office and onsite. Key Responsibilities Preparation, negotiation and letting of subcontract packages Assist Project Managers with cost tracking, budgeting, and forecasting Review and manage subcontractor claims, variations, and progress claims Maintain contract documentation and reporting Attend site meetings and liaise with site teams to ensure smooth contract delivery Ensure all procurement is aligned with project timelines and budgets About You 3 years' experience as a Contract Administrator in commercial construction (fit-out experience highly regarded) Solid understanding of contract law and construction processes Strong communication and negotiation skills Experience with project budgets between $2M–$10M ������ Apply now with you updated CV to cgcrecruitment.com or call 0412086 Additional information Contract CA role South Sydney work location Fit out projects
