Job details About The Client Our client is a reputable civil construction company based on the Sunshine Coast, known for delivering quality projects and building strong client relationships. With a supportive team culture and a growing project pipeline, they are now seeking a dedicated individual to step into a key leadership role. What You Will Be Doing As the business manager you will work closely with the managing director to manage the daily operations of the business and help lead project delivery from quoting through to completion. This hybrid role will see you split your time between the office and on-site, ensuring project timelines are on track, safety standards are inline and client expectations are met. Your responsibilities will span estimating, operations, project management, customer communication and team coordination. You will be hands on when needed and bring a proactive, solutions-focused approach to the role.
