Customer Service Representative – Contact Centre for a Trusted Retail Brand | Hybrid Work Model | Starting 21 July 2025 We are currently recruiting Customer Support Consultants to represent a major retailer of electrical and white goods with retail outlets located across the country. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be speaking to 'premium service' retail customers, providing case management for members with faulty products, facilitating and following up on repair claims, and answering service enquiries. What You’ll Be Doing Field Inbound and outbound phone and email enquiries Liaise with retail stores, suppliers and service providers to deliver outcomes Respond to customer enquiries across multiple channels with professionalism and empathy Troubleshoot issues and provide tailored solutions Manage multiple systems and tasks efficiently while keeping the customer at the forefront of everything you do Deliver support to our Marketing teams to deliver accurate information on current offers Work as part of a supportive team to achieve service excellence What We’re Looking For Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal High attention to detail and strong time management abilities Ability to remain calm and solution-focused under pressure A true passion for delivering outstanding customer service Previous customer service or contact centre experience is a plus Key Details Start Date : 21 July 2025 Casual Contract : Flexible hours | $35.15 per hour Training: 5 days classroom-based (in office) / 2 weeks on-the-job (in office) on-the-job Roster : Rotating shifts between Monday–Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm/Saturday: 9:00am – 5:00pm Hybrid Work Model : Work from home available after achieving speed-to-competency If you're ready to bring your customer service passion to a dynamic team where your contributions matter, we’d love to hear from you.
