ABOUT THE ROLE This is an exciting time for us, as we have created a brand new CX Operations Coordinator role within our Digital, Marketing and Communications Department. This is a pivotal role in our CX team, and we're looking for someone with the drive, curiosity, and energy to help us better understand and serve our fans, participants, and volunteers. If you're passionate about elevating customer experiences through data-driven insights and collaborative innovation, we want to hear from you. This is a fixed term contract with the option for part-time. Reporting to the Senior CX Strategy Lead, you'll be responsible for: Design and distribute surveys that uncover customer pain points and evaluate initiatives across key journeys.Build dashboards and reports to extract actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.Champion and support adoption of the Voice of Customer (VoC) platform through training and first-line assistance.Coordinate research programs, including survey execution, data collection, and insight management.Facilitate engagement initiatives such as customer insight forums and maintain CX resources like journey maps and personas.WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR Experience in customer experience, research, marketing, or a related field.Strong analytical skills with experience in survey tools, dashboards and Excel.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.Passion for customer-centric thinking and continuous improvement.Experience with VoC platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, Medallia, InMoment) and Microsoft Power BI is a plus.Based in Melbourne, Victoria (preferred).WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
