This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in cyber, technology asset management, and enterprise-grade process mapping. Reporting to the Business Analysis & Initiation Lead, you’ll work closely with the Cyber Uplift Program Manager and Project Managers to provide end-to-end BA services, including: Functional & Non-functional Requirements Identification & Mapping Technology Asset Inventory Analysis & Mapping Process Analysis & Modelling Business Cases, Option Papers & Benefits Realisation Solution Design Support & Requirements Lifecycle Management This role will see you engaging across diverse business and technical teams, translating complex information into actionable insights and high-quality artefacts. Essential Experience: 8 years in complex business analysis roles, ideally within cyber or adjacent industries Demonstrated experience in remote access controls, network segmentation, or technology asset management Proven ability to produce business cases, option papers, transition plans, and other project documentation Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills across business and technical domains Experience with process mapping, requirements gathering, and operational transition artefacts Ability to consolidate data from disparate sources and communicate findings clearly Desirable: Experience with network segmentation, Zero Trust, and network security Working knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST, Essential 8, ASD ISM, AES-CSF, or SOCI Act Experience in the energy/utilities sector Familiarity with Agile delivery and financial modelling (e.g., ROI, NPV) For more information, contact the Glen Fisk Recruitment team on 1300 120 000 and quote reference 1054256 .
