We're looking for a Technical Lead to join our Adelaide team — someone who can provide expert technical support, design best-in-class solutions, and deliver enablement across the Yealink and 3CX ecosystem. Your Role at a Glance Lead all Level 2/3 support and presales activity across UC & MTR solutions nationally Collaborate with the sales team to help achieve monthly revenue targets Deliver prompt and accurate technical responses and solution quotes within SLA (1hr/4hr) Create and deliver weekly training sessions, “how-to” videos, and fortnightly webinars Provide sales enablement for Account Managers, BDMs, and reseller partners across five branches Build and maintain demo rooms, showroom equipment, and presales frameworks Work closely with key vendors to stay ahead of the curve in technology, training, and solution selling What You'll Bring Hands-on experience with 3CX or similar VoIP platforms Experience with Yealink MTR , or comparable Microsoft Teams Room solutions Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities Confidence in working with both technical and sales teams A proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-first mindset You’ll Thrive in This Role If You… Are passionate about technical sales and solution enablement Excel in fast-moving environments and enjoy solving complex challenges Are a confident communicator and love collaborating across teams Take initiative, deliver on commitments, and always follow through Value ongoing learning and personal development Why Join Leader?
