ABOUT THE ROLE: Impressive remuneration package Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Full time permanent position We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Manager to lead all aspects of security operations at our dynamic corporate real estate precinct. The successful candidate will play a key role in safeguarding the physical assets, personnel, tenants, and visitors across this high-profile commercial building. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive security strategies for the precinct Lead a team of security personnel and oversee contractors, tenants and visitors Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements for site security Manage incident response, investigations, and emergency preparedness plans Liaise with local authorities, stakeholders, and tenants to maintain a safe and secure environment Monitor and review access control, surveillance systems, and other security technologies Deliver regular risk assessments, audits, and reporting to operations managers WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior security management role, preferably in a commercial real estate or precinct environment Relevant security qualifications and licenses Strong leadership and people management skills Demonstrated experience with security systems, emergency response, and stakeholder engagement High level of integrity, discretion, and decision-making ability Excellent communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills On Offer: A leadership role in a prestigious corporate environment Opportunities to innovate and shape the security culture Competitive salary and benefits package Wilson Security is an employer of choice, engaging with our people both online and in person.
