We're supplying our own shops and growing our reach across Sydney’s café scene with beautiful, handcrafted baked goods. We're now looking for skilled and passionate bakers to join us on this exciting journey. The Role We’re seeking experienced bakers who are confident working across a broad range of artisanal bakery products – from hand-shaped sourdough to laminated croissants, and everything in between. This is a hands-on role where creativity, precision, and consistency are key. Shifts rotate between early mornings and evenings, but we value balance and a supportive working environment. Key Responsibilities Mix and bake a variety of premium baked goods to recipe and standard Craft artisan breads, sourdoughs, enriched doughs, pastries, muffins, and cookies Shape, ferment, proof, and bake with precision Produce laminated doughs – croissants, danishes, and other viennoiserie (experience highly regarded) Operate ovens, deck ovens, and baking equipment confidently Maintain a clean, organised and food-safe workspace Help manage inventory and support waste and cost control Assist with baking schedules, production planning, and quality control Who You Are Hold a Cert III in Retail Baking or Patisserie (preferred) Have 1–2 years’ bakery experience, preferably in an artisan or boutique environment Skilled in traditional and modern baking techniques Passionate about sourdough, laminated pastry, and creating truly special products Strong understanding of food safety and OH&S practices Flexible availability (including weekends and early shifts) Reliable, organised, and proactive with excellent attention to detail A true team player who thrives in a fast-paced, quality-driven bakery Why Join Us?
