About the role This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing modular builder, playing a key role in supporting the successful delivery of high-quality, efficient projects. Reporting to the Estimating and Scheduling Manager, you’ll be responsible for: The accurate and efficient take off of material and labour quantities Raising Purchase Orders utilising company software (Truth Engine) Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including trades, suppliers and Supervisors Support the improvement and development of systems and processes What we're looking for 2 years' experience in the residential or commercial construction industries (essential) Experience in modular, steel-frame or prefab methodology (desirable) Strong mathematical skills with exceptional attention to detail Excellent communication skills with the ability to interpret plans, addenda, contracts, and variations Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Diploma of Building and Construction (enrolled or completed) will be looked upon favourably What makes you a great fit You’re energetic, self-motivated, and bring a “can-do” attitude You’re passionate about problem solving and enjoy leading by example You take initiative, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and genuinely care about the quality of your work and your team You’re aligned with our core values – Honest, Fun, Play Above the Line, Communication, Pursue Growth and Learning, and Resilience What we offer At McNally Group, we are committed to attracting and developing the right people providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
