Key Responsibilities: Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with Treotham Automation's business objectives and market opportunities, with a focus on igus products. Conduct market research to identify industry trends and customer needs related to igus brand. Operational Oversight and Resource Allocation: Plan, organize, and direct marketing operations to ensure efficiency and profitability, for igus product lines. Optimize resource allocation to achieve strategic targets. Distributor and Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and key clients, ensuring smooth communication and coordination for igus marketing initiatives. Collaborate with partners to drive sales growth. Marketing Campaign Execution: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels to enhance brand visibility for igus. Ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency. Brand Management and Business Growth: Strengthen the igus brand presence through targeted marketing initiatives and partnerships. Identify new business opportunities to drive growth for igus. Financial Management and Pricing Strategy: Develop pricing strategies for igus marketing campaigns to stay competitive and increase profitability. Oversee financial performance to ensure marketing objectives are met. Performance Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights for optimization. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration Skills and experience required for the position: Proven experience in strategic marketing planning and oversight of implementation of marketing strategies Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data.
