Oversee DTC, omni-channel, and pureplay platforms including merchandising, pricing, and promotions. Use insights to refine media targeting, conversion funnels, and support CRO initiatives. Content & Influencer Management Lead agile development of platform-specific content, including A content for marketplaces. Manage creators and agencies to deliver brand-aligned assets. Identify and manage influencer and UGC partnerships to boost engagement and advocacy. Sampling & Event Activation Plan and execute sampling and events to drive trial and support eCommerce growth. Align sampling and events with broader digital campaigns. Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate sampling and event initiatives with digital campaigns. Reporting & Collaboration Track and report on digital and eCommerce KPIs with actionable insights. Collaborate with internal teams and agencies for seamless execution. Set and monitor investment budgets to ensure delivery against KPIs and ROMI.
