Selection Criteria… Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Youth Work, Community Services, or a related field Experience in casework, group facilitation, or community development Experience working with families and/or young people using a trauma-informed, child-centred, and strengths-based approach Understanding of child protection and the NSW Child Safe Standards Excellent communication, engagement and collaboration skills Knowledge (or willingness to develop) around gambling harm minimisation Strong organisational and time management skills Comfortable with admin, data collection and reporting requirements Current NSW Driver’s Licence and access to a vehicle Experience in co-design or co-facilitation of programs with young people (desirable) Knowledge of the Hawkesbury community or regional settings (desirable) Are you excited yet?
