Position Summary We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced QLD Customer Account Manager to join the team. As a Customer Account Manager, you will play a vital role in developing and growing sales through existing and new customers. Key Responsibilities: Grow the existing customer base by establishing strong relationships and fostering customer loyalty. Handle day-to-day customer enquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction. Manage customer accounts and conduct site visits when necessary to address customer needs effectively. Provide comprehensive training sessions to customers on product systems and user-friendly app. Educate customers on the effective use of the app and encourage increased utilization. Proactively engage in marketing activities to raise the profile of the product range. Develop and maintain a sufficient number of sales leads in alignment with monthly and annual budgets. Attend quarterly sales meetings to discuss progress and strategies for achieving sales targets. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure customer satisfaction, including efficient management of any customer complaints. Participate in regular staff training to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends. Demonstrate effective time management skills to handle customer enquiries promptly. Candidate Requirements: Previous sales management experience is required with exposure to the passive fire industry. Committed to delivering exceptional customer service across all communication channels. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, adapting communication style to suit different audiences. Strong attention to detail and excellent written skills when engaging with internal and external stakeholders. Apply knowledge in a practical, commercial manner to drive sales.
