Senior Quantity Surveyor (Infrastructure) Brisbane Location: Brisbane CBD Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 Superannuation An exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a high-performing team working on some of Australia’s largest infrastructure, mining, and engineering projects . This role provides exposure to a wide range of sectors, including roads, rail, light rail, defence, mining, and renewables . What You’ll Be Doing ✅ Lead cost planning, estimation, and contract administration across major projects. ✅ Work closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure financial efficiency. ✅ Conduct financial reporting, risk analysis, and value engineering assessments . ✅ Mentor and develop junior quantity surveyors , contributing to team growth. ✅ Provide strategic cost advice to clients to ensure project success. What You’ll Need Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a relevant discipline. 5 years of experience in a PQS environment , with exposure to major projects.
