The Organisation: A well-established, Australian manufacturer is seeking a driven and people-focused Network Development Manager. About the Role Reporting directly to the Company Directors, you will be the vital link between the head office and a state-wide network of dealerships. Your role will focus on strengthening relationships, enhancing dealer engagement, ensuring brand alignment, and driving performance and consistency across the network. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for all dealer inquiries, feedback, and support needs Build strong, trusted relationships with the network across Australia visiting sites regularly Monitor and support network performance through regular visits, performance reporting, action planning and stock assessment Deliver product training and assist with specific promotional, sales and marketing initiatives Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Production) to ensure timely support and supply chain alignment Lead continuous improvement across the network experience lifecycle Establish KPI’s for the network and the support team About You: You’ll be an energetic communicator with a proactive mindset and experience in B2B or dealer-based environments. You understand the nuances of dealer support and the importance of building genuine, productive partnerships: 5 years in dealer liaison, account management, or B2B relationship roles. Proven experience in the automotive, recreational vehicles, industrial, or consumer goods sectors Confidence in presenting, training, and negotiating with key stakeholders A hands-on approach and willingness to travel across Victoria Strong leadership and market trend analysis skill The Offer: The Network Development Manager position is offered on a permanent basis at $150K plus superannuation.
