West Coast Workforce are currently looking for Trade Qualified Ceiling Fixers for ongoing 8/6 roster FIFO from Perth working on camp refurbishment projects FIFO from Perth. SCOPE OF WORKS CONSIST OF BUT NOT LIMITED TO Measure and cut metal studs to frame walls and ceilings according to project specifications Measure, cut and install gyprock/villa to framed walls and ceilings as per project specifications Install and secure framing structures, ensuring that all frames are square, level and aligned to required standards Ensure plasterboard is fixed securely with proper spacing and alignment Apply jointing compound to joints between plasterboard sheets and smooth out excess compound for a seamless finish Sand down joint compound between coats to create a smooth level surface Ensure the final surface is free of imperfections and ready for painting or further decorative finishes Follow scope of works and work within given timeframes Cornice installation JOB INFORMATION JOB TITLE: CEILING FIXER SWING: 8:6 ROSTER FIFO FROM PERTH SHIFT: DAY SHIFT (11.5 HOUR DAYS) START DATE: ASAP LOCATION: NEWMAN INCLUDED: FLIGHTS, ACCOMMODATION, MEALS DURATION: 18 MONTHS PAY RATE: $60 HOUR SUPER ON ALL HOURS WORKED LSL JOB BRIEF: CAMP REFURBISHMENT PROJECTS ABOUT YOU Trade certificate Ability to follow scope of works within given time frames WA Drivers Licence White Card Physically fit Ability to pass medical/drug and alcohol test Strong team player Strong commitment to health safety Strong communication skills How to apply: Please click the 'Apply' button.
