Job Description Provide scheduling services across diverse Real Estate projects Conduct Pre-baseline reviews of contractor’s programmes to check adherence to the required contractual requirements and industry standard scheduling practices. Prepare progress update reports and highlight key schedule risks and opportunities to the clients. Recommend corrective action and create acceleration programmes in case of major delays. Conduct delay analysis and assist the Senior Scheduler in delay claims management. Arrange meetings with multiple client-side stakeholders to understand their inputs and deliverables during the project and create an Integrated Master Works Programme including all these dependencies linked to Main Contractor’s programme. To provide sound advice to the clients during all phases of the project regarding the most efficient timelines of carrying out multi-staged complex construction projects.
