Align research outcomes with grower and miller needs. Support and guide District Managers, assets and lab services to improve performance. Deliver events, training and engagement initiatives that energise and inform. Build a team culture grounded in accountability, delivery and collaboration. Who you are: Agriculture-first – Strong background in agriculture (ideally sugarcane), with a proven record of applied leadership. Credible and values-led – Trusted by stakeholders at all levels—from farmers to boardrooms. Strategic yet hands-on – You know how to lead people and get things done in complex environments. Commercially minded – Comfortable in R&D, extension and business strategy. Qualified – Degree in Agriculture, Science or Business (essential); MBA or AICD (desirable). Why Join SRA?
