Position Description Oversee daily operations across bar, bistro, gaming, and nightclub operations Lead and mentor department heads and the broader team Drive gaming compliance, TAB/Keno operations, and late-night service standards Manage venue-wide budgeting, wage control, COGs, and reporting Maintain RSA compliance and licensing obligations Collaborate with ownership on promotions, events, and community engagement Position Requirements Proven experience as a General Manager or Senior Venue Manager from a pub-style background, preferably in a regional setting Strong financial acumen and hands-on cost control skills Solid understanding of gaming compliance, liquor licensing, and late-night trading venues Leadership style that motivates, supports, and builds accountable teams Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and late nights Relevant certificates, including RSA, RGC (advanced), and approved licensee a pre-requisite for applications GM role - $110 - 120K.
