As a Design Coordinator at Harnest (part of the Mazzei Group), you’ll play a critical role in the delivery of inclusive housing by supporting design documentation, coordination, and compliance across a range of impactful construction projects. About the Role As Design Coordinator, you’ll work closely with the Design Manager to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of project documentation. You’ll coordinate with consultants, architects, and internal stakeholders to maintain design schedules, resolve documentation queries, and manage compliance with NCC and Australian Standards. Your focus will be on clear communication, smart coordination, and supporting better design outcomes - on time and to spec. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and distribute design documentation internally and externally Support QA processes and compliance with relevant building codes and client requirements Liaise with consultants and internal teams to track and deliver design milestones Assist with formatting reports, preparing Safety in Design documentation, and document control Actively contribute to design meetings, updates, and continuous improvement initiatives What You’ll Bring Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline 2–3 years' experience in design coordination or architectural roles Familiarity with NCC, BCA, and Australian Standards Strong organisational and communication skills Experience using Bluebeam Revu and Microsoft 365; MS Project knowledge a plus Why Join Harnest?
