Job Description The Senior CRM/Email Marketing Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the implementation of a new business-wide CRM, becoming the key platform subject matter expert. The full-time permanent position is offering 100k base plus super . This role is Hybrid working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, with free onsite parking located in the building. Reporting to the Head of Digital and Content, this role will also design and develop customer journeys that strengthen customer relationships through the execution of targeted on-brand customer communications. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the CRM project team to build and launch a new system for marketing, CX and compliance. Work with the Campaign team to deliver personalised campaign assets for owned channels. Act as the business owner of CRM platform, overseeing campaign operations, integrations, and technical expert for the system. Manage the end-to-end development of customer journeys across channels Use segmentation, sales data, and behavioural data to build and optimise lifecycle stages: new enrolments, retention, and advocacy. Help to identify opportunities to deepen engagement, acquisition, and retention across channels and campaigns using analytics tools. Analyse campaign performance and report on core CRM metrics – open rates, clicks, eDM revenue, A/B split testing.
