We currently have an exciting role for you to join our Development Services Team. Key responsibilities of the position include: Investigating breaches of the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act pertaining to mandatory building notifications, building indemnity insurance, certificates of occupancy, and essential safety provisions and issue expiation notices as required. Initiating appropriate and proportionate enforcement action in accordance with Council procedures and policies. Assisting in the development and implementation of educational programs to increase industry awareness. The successful applicant will have: Experience in a compliance, regulatory role or similar is desirable.
