An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced industrial Sales Representative to join our team located in Wetherill Park. In this unique role, great time management will be a key component of your weekly & monthly activities. Your time will consist of on-the-road activities coupled with internal sales and support. You will possess the ability to build and maintain key relationships with the goal of increasing the performance of your assigned territory whilst maintaining high levels of customer service. Responsibilities: Build effective customer relations by understanding your customers’ needs and requirements. Conduct regular customer reviews and deliver agreed outcomes within designated timelines. Seek and attend to all customer enquiries via in person meetings, or via phone & email. Monitor market activity and implement sales strategies in line with market intel. Provide product training and support to Digga’s dealer network. Attend to customer enquiries, prepare quotations and process customer orders as required. Experience & Qualifications: Highly developed sales techniques or experience in a similar role/industry. Excellent communication/negotiation skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Self-motivated with drive to meet and exceed results. Experience with CRM systems highly desirable. Experience Managing client accounts Current drivers’ licence required.
