Key Responsibilities: As the Accounts Payable Officer, you will manage the full AP function, handle high-volume invoice processing and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include: Processing approximately 100 supplier invoices per day with accuracy and timeliness Performing 2-way and 3-way invoices matching with purchase orders and projects Managing the AP inbox, distributing invoices for approval, and following up on outstanding items Preparing and processing weekly payment runs Investigating and resolving invoice discrepancies in collaboration with managers Reconciling supplier statements and accounts Assisting with month-end processes including accruals, AP reporting, and audit preparation About You: Minimum 3 years' end-to-end Accounts Payable experience in a fast-paced environment Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar Confident managing high-volume invoice processing High attention to detail and ability to work independently Excellent time management and problem-solving skills Comfortable liaising with suppliers and stakeholders across departments Benefits Flexible start/finish times to support your work-life balance 1-day WFH after training period Modern office located in Brisbane's CBD Supportive and approachable team culture If you're a self-starter with strong AP experience and are ready to take on this contract opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
