We’re on the hunt for a National Marketing Manager to lead Ovolo’s marketing strategy in Australia. Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff, you’ll ensure all marketing activities align with the Ovolo brand, maximising our positive exposure across local and international markets, on all the right platforms, and in all the right ways. You’ll also mentor and develop a key team member into our future Partnerships & Communications Manager , helping them grow into the next level while embodying Ovolo’s love of activations and storytelling. The Gig Deliver and execute the marketing strategy for Australia, aligned with brand guidelines and business goals. Coordinate promotional and contra activities with third parties and suppliers, supporting the Brand Team. Assist hotel managers in leveraging key events with creative, effective media support and branded content. Develop promotions in line with PR strategy in collaboration with the Brand and Marketing Directors. Manage relationships with all relevant Tourism Agencies. Handle daily media relations: enquiries, site tours, F&B opportunities, and publicity activities. Monitor and evaluate media coverage; prepare monthly reports with your Senior Communications Executive. Deliver promotional opportunities across all mediums in Australia, ensuring ROI and measurable outcomes. Take charge of the digital marketing budget, tracking ROI through insight KPIs and brand metrics. Research market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks. Foster strong professional relationships with business partners, suppliers, and industry peers. Mentor and develop your direct report, supporting their growth into a Partnerships & Communications role.
