Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Digital Marketing Specialist at Media In Action. The specialist will be responsible for executing digital marketing strategies across Owned and Paid media divisions. Some work-from-home flexibility is available with the main location based in Darlinghurst, Sydney, NSW. This is a mid-weight role, someone who is genuinely excited about learning and growing with a rapidly growing business and is happy working under two senior's in the paid division. The ideal candidate is looking to grow their digital marketing qualifications however, has enough experience to not be hand held day-in day-out. You’re a Fit If You:Have 3 years' experience across a broad digital mix (agency or client-side).Have an understanding of working in SEOThrive in multi-tasking environments and love bringing simplicity to the complex. Have a working knowledge of platforms like Google Ads, Meta, Klaviyo, SemRush, GA4, and google webmaster toolsHave a working knowledge of CMS usage, metadata implementationEnjoy collaboration and don’t need your hand held. We’ll back your thinking—but you’ll need to own it. Bonus Points for:Experience working with eCommerce platforms (such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).Familiarity with UX/UI principles and how design decisions impact marketing outcomes.Ability to effectively join client calls with clarity and confidenceProficiency in keyword research, content strategy, and campaign analysisConfidently navigate Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, and tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and others as needed.
