About the role The cluster manager is part of T2’s retail leadership team within the designated region, who is directly responsible for the P&L performance of their T2 retail store portfolio alongside coaching & mentoring the store managers & teams. This will include executing the T2 retail strategy and leadership of stores ensuring brand representation at the highest level, whilst developing a culture of excellence in customer service that delivers a seamless customer journey . Key responsibilities Cluster performance - delivering budgeted sales & EBIT. Key retail metrics – ATV, IPC, conversion, loyalty sign ups & wage % to sales. Customer Experience- CUPPAS/service consistency. Leadership and people management. VM presentation standards. Operations/Workplace health & safety.
