About the Role As the Territory Operations Manager , you will be a key leader within the business, responsible for overseeing eight radiology sites in Rockhampton, Gladstone, Emerald, Capricorn Coast, Biloela, and surrounding hospitals . You will work closely with Chief Radiographers, Sonographers, and Medical Imaging Technologists , leading teams and ensuring seamless operational, financial, and strategic management across the network. ✔️ Manage public and private radiology contracts to meet key performance indicators ✔️ Drive strategic planning to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery ✔️ Lead and mentor teams to support a high-performing and collaborative work environment ✔️ Strengthen stakeholder relationships with hospital networks, referring doctors, and corporate teams ✔️ Utilise your radiology expertise to drive clinical excellence and innovation What’s on Offer?
