In this role, you’ll provide evidence-based services across telehealth, community visits, and center-based settings, managing a diverse caseload of clients through NDIS, Medicare, and private referrals. You’ll play a vital role in assessing and supporting speech, language, and swallowing needs, as well as providing guidance with Augmentative and Alternative Communication systems. Key Responsibilities: Deliver tailored therapeutic services to clients of all ages with various disabilities. Assess and intervene in areas of speech clarity, fluency, and effective communication. Develop and implement mealtime management plans addressing eating, drinking, and swallowing needs. Facilitate assistive technology assessments and recommend solutions to enhance client independence. Work within the NDIS framework to help clients improve their functional skills and social engagement. Skills and Qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology.
