My client is looking for a Maintenance Administrator to join a reputable residential home builder in their Norwest head office. This role plays a key part in supporting the post-handover maintenance process, ensuring homeowners receive a smooth and responsive service. About the Role: Working closely with the Maintenance Manager, you’ll be responsible for coordinating and supporting all administrative duties related to maintenance requests. From liaising with clients and external trades to raising purchase orders and ensuring systems are up to date this is a fast-paced role where no two days look the same.
