This is a purpose-driven business with a bold vision and deeply human values. About the Role This is a true standalone role where you’ll take full ownership of the payroll function. Processing fortnightly payroll for up to 150 staff covered by a mix of Awards and EBAs, you’ll manage everything from onboarding and offboarding to variations, adjustments, superannuation, STP, and EOFY reporting. You'll be the go-to for payroll queries and play a key role in ensuring compliance and continuous improvement across systems and processes. About You You’re a confident and capable payroll professional who thrives when given ownership and trust. You’re experienced in end-to-end payroll and have worked with shift-based or award-covered workforces. Your knowledge of Sage is a definite advantage, and if you’ve worked with Salesforce even better. but not essential! You’re calm under pressure, highly organised, and take pride in your accuracy and ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders across all levels of the business. Why Move?
