About the Role: We're currently seeking a proactive and organised Accounts Clerk (Accounts Payable Officer) to join our team on a part-time basis (3–4 days per week). This is a temp to perm opportunity, perfect for someone looking to grow within a company long-term. Key Responsibilities: Process and reconcile accounts payable invoices and supplier accounts Prepare weekly payment runs and follow up on outstanding invoices Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors regarding payments Maintain accurate financial records and files Create and maintain all supplier profiles Weekly bank reconciliations Assist with general accounts and admin support as needed What We're Looking For: Previous experience in accounts payable or similar accounting support role Strong attention to detail and excellent time management Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, MYOB, Xero or similar) Construction industry experience (preferred but not essential) A team player with a great attitude and strong communication skills Why Join Us?
