Business Overview ISPT's Property function is the central manager of the organisation's asset performance and operations across the diversified portfolio of office, retail, industrial, healthcare and life sciences, and social community infrastructure. The team is responsible for managing property performance, tenant partner relations, leasing outcomes and capital investment, ensuring optimal asset utilisation to drive long-term value. A key objective of the Property function is characterised by a commitment to sustainable property practices, innovative solutions with a strong focus on tenant-partner relationships, and a dedication to enhancing the quality and experience of the built environment. The Opportunity Partnering with the Property team you will be responsible for delivering performance management reporting, operational financial planning investment and investment management analysis. You will play a pivotal role in the team by providing financial planning and performance management for the Property portfolio. You will also Support in management reporting, including quarterly lease tracking, fund dashboards, market trend analysis and property board reporting. Co-own the performance management agenda for the Property division including property income, expense management and capital allocation. Support in the delivery od analysis that enables commercial decision making including the annual portfolio budget, lease deal analysis, preparation of Forbury modelling and research outputs. About you You bring a degree qualification within business, finance, property or related with demonstrated experience in real estate markets, valuations, and lease modelling. You have strong analytical skills and are proficient in financial modelling with exposure to investment analysis techniques, and industry best practices. Ideally you have worked with Tableau software (tracking lease expiries - MIDAS) or Forbury and MRI modelling software. Ideally you bring experience in commercial real estate, preferably within AREIT, funds management, consulting, research, or valuations. Finaly, you have excellent communication skills as well at attention to detail, you thrive on managing multiple projects at a time and you have no qualms working to pace.
