This is a unique and interesting role for a "Junior Bid Manager" to support the Head of Bid Team APAC strategy. The role is to lead the charge in coordinating and delivering compelling, compliant, and high-impact proposals that stand out in a competitive landscape. Benefits To work with a leading global digital brand Great positive culture Learn from leading subject matter experts Full leave entitlements - annual, sick & public holidays 2 days a week in the office, offering hybrid working from home Be part of a high-impact team working on deals that shape the future Maternity contract Key Responsibilities: Own and lead the bid management process from qualification through submission Manage multi-regional RFx responses, collaborating with sales, legal, operations, and subject matter experts Chair and coordinate Go/No-Go reviews, strategy sessions, and final approvals Drive creation of high-quality bid documents and presentations that communicate win themes and value propositions Ensure all internal and external inputs are captured, accurate, and aligned with client requirements Track and report on bid performance to help improve future submissions Experience Requirements: 1-3 years' experience in bid management or proposal coordination Bachelor's degree (any field) Hands-on experience with bid/proposal software, bonus if you have used Responsive or Loopio Strong project coordination and stakeholder engagement skills Excellent written and verbal communication Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Application Process If you are interested in this role, please click the appropriate link to apply.
