Off the back of an exciting acquisition and further developments in the pipeline, our client is seeking a technically strong Commercial Analyst to join their team during and beyond this transitional period. In this hands-on and high-impact role, you’ll partner closely with executive leaders to provide strategic insights and support decision-making through data-driven financial analysis. You’ll play a key role in financial planning, commercial modelling, forecasting and performance reporting – while helping to shape the future direction. Key Responsibilities: Provide end-to-end commercial and financial analysis to inform business strategy. Lead feasibility assessments for new initiatives, acquisitions, and developments. Deliver clear performance reporting, trend analysis, and business insights. Refine and maintain group-wide long-term forecast and financial models Partner with senior operations and executive stakeholders Identify opportunities for business improvement, cost efficiencies and enhanced reporting tools Support the month-end process and deliver Board-level reporting Monitor compliance with sector-specific financial standards To be successful in your application, you will be CA/CPA Qualified with 5 years commercial experience in the Aged Care /NFP sector. You will have advanced Excel and financial modelling skills, with expert data visualisation abilities.
