The Role: Agile Management: Oversight and facilitation of agile ceremonies, delivery metrics, and continuous improvement practices. Quality Assurance: Ensure solutions meet business needs through rigorous testing and validation. Delivery Excellence: Develop and maintain digital product roadmaps and delivery plans that align with business priorities. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with Product Managers, Owners, and stakeholders to develop long term plans and deliver high-value outcomes. Process Optimisation: Identify and implement improvements that enhance efficiency to reduce costs. Team Empowerment: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a high-performance culture. Financial Oversight and Risk Management: Oversee financials, prepare business cases, and ensure cost-effective delivery. Promote Innovation: Promote automation, AI, and emerging technologies to solve business challenges and unlock new opportunities. What we are looking for: Significant experience in managing and delivering digital products or projects. A proven track record in delivering complex digital transformation initiatives. Extensive expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Tertiary qualifications in business, project management, or related disciplines. Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile are highly regarded A passion for tech, innovation, and making a difference. Experience in the energy and utilities sector is a plus.
