We have an exciting opportunity for a drafting technician to join our dynamic office and work with our team of professionals. The role involves creating detailed technical drawings using CAD software, ensuring compliance with building codes and coordinating with consultants. A strong portfolio, relevant qualifications and excellent communication skills are essential. Salary $77,000 plus super. The successful candidate will ideally possess Tertiary qualifications in building design, architecture or equivalent In specting Building works to ensure alignment with plans Sound technical knowledge and understanding of the Building Code of Australia The ability to estimate costs and work to project timelines Competence liaising with clients and consultants A strong work ethic and the ability to work to tight deadlines Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
