Our client, a leading specialist civil engineering and Piling contractor, has an upcoming requirement for an experienced Safety Advisor who can demonstrate 4yrs site-based experience on large heavy civil engineering projects, ideally with piling experience. Being the specialist contractor on this high-profile infrastructure project it includes, but not limited to, various packages including piling, earthworks, concrete and ground engineering. This position requires a Safety Adviser with previous exposure to live civil projects with the majority of your time being on site with the usual safety administration whilst reporting to senior management. The ideal applicant will have exposure to large civil projects with the ability to communicate at all levels including clients, unions, employee's and sub-contractors. Someone who has came up through the trades ranks on Australian civil projects and knows about the construction process would be highly regarded. Our client welcomes applicants with 4 yrs experience on major civil projects within the piling, ground engineering or civils sectors.
