The Role This high-impact position leads regulatory and compliance activities across energy markets, advising on obligations, reforms, and market developments that affect the company’s trading, development, and operational strategies. You’ll work across multiple internal stakeholders—including trading, legal, retail, and asset development—ensuring the business maintains compliance with all relevant frameworks while navigating the commercial realities of an evolving energy system. This role suits a candidate with deep NEM and energy regulatory experience who can confidently operate at both strategic and operational levels.
