The Role The Business Development Manager will take ownership of growing market share for LV and MV products—particularly in high-specification environments such as semiconductor fabs, precision manufacturing, and automated industrial facilities. You will engage with technical and commercial stakeholders to position switchgear, control panels, protective relays, and integrated systems for complex energy environments. You will be responsible for both identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships through a consultative and value-led approach. Success in this role will come from strong sector knowledge, technical fluency, and a proactive, structured sales methodology.
