The Role The Business Development Manager will lead customer engagement and growth for a portfolio of industrial software solutions across Australia and New Zealand. This is a strategic sales role targeting new business and major account expansion across sectors such as energy, water, mining, and manufacturing. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating long-term value through consultative sales, technical positioning, and engagement with decision-makers across engineering, operations, IT, and executive teams. This role requires a commercially-minded professional with deep knowledge of industrial software and automation environments, ideally with a track record in SCADA, HMI, MES, APM, or related platforms.
