We’re now looking for a hands-on Tech Lead, someone who can drive and own the full development lifecycle, while managing a small, high-performing team. What You'll Do Lead and build : Guide a small engineering team to deliver a scalable, reliable platform. Design and deliver : Own end-to-end technical architecture and development across front-end, back-end, devops, and data. Collaborate : Work closely with management, sales and operations to build features that matter. Be hands-on : You’ll write code, solve architectural problems, run standups, and unblock your team. Wear multiple hats : This role will see you wearing a number of hats, product thinking, infrastructure, data and everything in between. Innovate : Bring cutting-edge ideas to life, especially in areas like AI integration and data analytics. Your Skills 6 years of software development experience, ideally in fast-paced environments. Strong full-stack skills: ReactJS, Node.JS, SQL (Postgres or MySQL), REST APIs, cloud-native architecture (ideally AWS). Experience with infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, version control, and devops workflows. Previous leadership experience (formal or informal), ideally in a startup or scale-up. Clear communication and product intuition — you know how to translate business needs into elegant tech solutions. A builder's mindset: pragmatic, curious, collaborative, and delivery-focused. Bonus Points For Experience integrating or working with AI/ML APIs or tools. Familiarity with data pipelines, analytics infrastructure, or financial services.
