If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment and are ready to work with warm, qualified leads (2–3 appointments daily, 35 active clients), we want to hear from you. What will my day to day look like? You will be responsible for: Conducting strategy-focused loan consultations with warm, pre-qualified clients Aligning clients’ goals with the most suitable lenders and loan structures Managing a healthy pipeline from enquiry through to settlement Collaborating with credit, admin, and settlements teams (local offshore) Workshopping complex scenarios with lender BDMs to find optimal solutions Participating in PD events with lenders, aggregators, and industry bodies Helping shape the direction of the lending arm alongside company directors What skills and experience do I need for this role? You are an excellent salesperson with a go-getter attitude and a hunger for business. You have a minimum 3 years in as a Lending Advisor/Mortgage Broker with 2 years’ experience in the Land and Build investment property space. You also have: You need at least a Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking, and you’ll be working under the principal broker’s accreditation. Strong understanding of residential lending policy and structuring Experience writing $40M–$60M in annual loan volume Confident communication skills with sharp sales instincts and financial acumen Capability to manage pressure, juggling priorities, and staying solutions-focused A team focused attitude with a proactive mindset and commercial awareness Passion for property investment and wealth-building strategies Even better if you have: Knowledge of Mercury Nexus or Broker Engine Background in financial advice or third-party referral environments Existing professional network in the lending or investment sectors Sounds Ideal!
