What You’ll Be Doing: You’ll be part of a hands-on Corporate practice advising on strategic transactions and capital markets matters. Draft and review sale agreements, scheme booklets & disclosure materials Advise on equity raisings, joint ventures and regulatory approvals Coordinate due diligence, valuation workshops & closing logistics Support cross-practice teams on tax, finance and ESG considerations What You’ll Bring: 3 years’ PQE in Corporate Law with exposure gained in M&A, corporate advisory or capital markets Strong organisation and ability to manage diverse files Excellent drafting, communication & stakeholder skills A collaborative, positive approach and proactive mindset Why Join?
